Imprisonment of innocent people is unacceptable, as most people would agree. But what if that person is labeled a “sex offender”? Is it then okay to lock them up forever? What do you think?

Within the past few years, there has been an effort to improve conditions in prison regarding the “healthcare” that inmates are provided.

The ACLU filed a lawsuit “challenging the inhumane and unconstitutional failures of the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADC) to provide minimally adequate medical, mental health and dental care to people in state custody, and to end the abusive conditions in the solitary confinement units.” Read Parsons v. Ryan.
